Modern culture places unique pressures on men, particularly in an age of constant digital media and sexualised messaging. Stouthearted is a program that helps men reflect on these realities and grow in integrity, freedom, and authentic masculinity.
Through engaging video content, in-person input and activities, discussion, reflection and prayer, men gain practical tools to navigate modern life with strength and clarity while building genuine brotherhood with other men.
All adult men are welcome to take part in this insightful and encouraging experience. Every attendee will grow in their relationship with God and with others. Most men report Stouthearted to be a life-changing, life-shaping moment in their life and many men find repetitions of the Stouthearted materials extremely helpful in living life to the full.
